How we can help

Our group practice matches you with the right therapist for your family’s needs. We serve adults, teens, and children in individual and family sessions weekly or biweekly to treat depressed or anxious mood, relational or social problems, and difficult behaviors or unwanted habits.
While today’s therapy services often have a high turnover among clinicians in largescale practices or get routed to remote therapists in another state, our practice is committed to offering in-person, long-term therapy to support better outcomes and a better experience.
Who we help
Adults
For adults, we offer individual therapy including psychodynamic approaches like IFS and CBT approaches such as ACT. Our clients love our comfortable, quiet offices where they can come week after week to de-stress and process whatever challenges they are facing.

Couples
In couples counseling, we support younger couples working to build solid marriages as well as seasoned couples who are choosing to address lifelong challenges. Here couples work on communication skills, connecting intimately, and repairing relationship ruptures.

Teens and pre-teens
Adolescents, often coming to therapy for the first time, get one-on-one support working on issues like identity, social anxiety, and self expression. Our therapists support the teen and their family by listening and offering the space to process, reflect, and find the next right step.
Children
We welcome children to spend time playing and processing their feelings and experiences, and our nurturing approach encourages them to engage. Children often take to the therapeutic process quickly and we work with the whole family to help them grow happy and healthy.
